Clear Direction Sales Development LLC ("Clear Direction", "we") is a sales leadership consultancy based in Austin, Texas. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.cleardirection.io, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information you give us. When you use the contact form, email us, call us, or book a meeting, you share details such as your name, email address, company, phone number and the content of your message.

Information collected automatically. With your consent, Google Analytics collects usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from an anonymized IP address, device type and referring site. Without consent, no analytics cookies are set. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs for security and reliability.

Information from third parties. If you book through Calendly or connect with us on LinkedIn, those services share the details you choose to provide.

How we use it

• To schedule and prepare for meetings you request.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To protect the site and the contact form from spam and abuse.

Inquiry and client records are kept for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, accounting and contractual obligations, typically up to seven years after the relationship ends. Analytics data is retained for 14 months.

• Access, correction, deletion. You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal limits.
